NeuralSpace, Inc. ("NeuralSpace," "us," "we," or "Company") appreciates your trust in us to handle your personal information carefully and sensibly. This Privacy Policy governs the online and offline information collection practices of NeuralSpace, including the use of our websites, such as https://neuralspace.ai (the "Website"), and other means of data collection, such as telephone or mail and the ways in which we use this information.

Definitions

“Data” -  For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term Data shall mean and include the following among others, projects created by the user, training and testing examples, trained Models (as defined hereinafter), data processed through such trained Models and any such additional data as may be required to train a Model on the NeuralSpace Platform.
“Models” -  For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term Model shall mean the models that are created by a NeuralSpace Platform user, using training Data on the NeuralSpace Platform.
“Project” -  For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, a project may be treated akin to folders for the Models, which hold Data that the Models are trained on.

How we collect data about you and the type of information we collect and store.

The information we learn from our users helps us personalize and continually improve your experience using the NeuralSpace Platform. We use your information to provide you with details about the Services we provide at NeuralSpace. We also use this information to improve our platform, prevent or detect fraud or abuses of the NeuralSpace Platform, and enable third parties to carry out technical, logistical, or other functions on our behalf. All such data is stored on Azure and includes:

Strictly Necessary Cookies - Some cookies are required for technical reasons in order for our websites to support functions such as logging in, and payment transactions.
Targeted Cookies - These cookies may be set through our site by our advertising partners. They do not store direct personal information but are based on uniquely identifying your browser and internet device.

We receive and store any information you enter on the NeuralSpace Platform or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, however, that may affect our capability to provide you with the Services/information about the Company. The information shared by you will be strictly confidential and will only be used by the Company for the purpose of providing services.
At NeuralSpace, we collect different types of data depending on how you use our Sites and Services.

When you request assistance

When you request assistance, we may ask you for your name, email address, and other contact information.We use this information to respond to your query, including providing you with any requested information about our products and services. We may also contact you several times after your inquiry in order to follow up on your interest and ensure that we have answered it to your satisfaction. We will do this based on our legitimate interest in providing accurate information prior to a sale.

When you create an account with us and purchase any of our services

When you create an account with us and purchase any of our services, we may ask you for your name, address, contact telephone number, email address, and credit card information.
We will use your information to verify your credit card details for your purchase and process your order and services. We will also send you a receipt via email, and we may use your telephone number to contact you regarding your purchase.
Your information is stored in our database. Your credit card details are passed to a third-party payment processor that is based in the United States of America, which requires effective safeguards for your information. We do not retain your credit card information. Our third party is prohibited from using your personal information for any other purpose.
If you utilize our Services from a country other than the country where our servers are located, your personal data will be sent across international borders. In these cases, your personal data will continue to be handled according to this Privacy Policy.
We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

  4. date and time the service was provided
For the purpose of promotion codes, name of the person associated with such a code will also be collected.

  2. Right to restrict processing. You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
  3. Right to rectification. You have the right to have any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you corrected.
  4. Right to object to processing. The right to object allows you to stop or prevent us from processing your personal data. This right exists where we are relying on a legitimate interest as the legal basis for processing your Personal Data. You also have the right to object where we are processing your Personal data for direct marketing purposes.
  5. Right to erasure. You have the right to ask us to delete or remove Personal data when the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose which you originally collected or processed.

Your rights under the CCPA

Users who are California residents have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, (“CCPA”) included in these rights are:
  1. Right to know. You have the right to request to know more about the categories and specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you and access a copy of your personal information.
  2. Right to deletion. You have the right to request deletion of personal information that we have collected about you.
  3. Right to rectification. You have the right to have any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you corrected.
  4. Right to non-discrimination. If you choose to exercise any of your rights under CCPA, we will treat you like all other users. In other words, there is no penalty for exercising your rights under CCPA.
  5. Right to opt-out. You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. However, the Service Providers we partner with (for example, our advertising partners) may use technology on the Service that "sells" personal information as defined by the CCPA. If you wish to opt-out of the use of your personal information for interest-based advertising purposes and these potential sales as defined under CCPA law, you may do so by following the instructions below. Please note that any opt out is specific to the browser you use. You may need to opt out on every browser that you use.

Who do we share your data with outside our organization, and why?

Processors
We may use service providers and third parties for operating and improving the Sites and to assist with certain functions, such as payment processing, email transmission, conducting surveys or contests, data hosting, managing our ads, third-party solutions for marketing and analytics, and some aspects of our technical and customer support. We take measures to ensure that these service providers access, process, and store information about you only for the purposes we authorize, through the execution of Data Processing Agreements or Addenda.
Authorities
We may access, preserve, and disclose information about you to third parties, including the content of messages if we believe disclosure is in accordance with or required by, applicable law, regulation, legal process, or audits. We may also disclose information about you if we believe that your actions are inconsistent with our Terms of Service or related guidelines and policies, or if necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of, or prevent fraud or abuse of, Company or others.
Transfer of business
If we (or our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, personal information could be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.
Our Policy Concerning  Children and Their Data
We, at NeuralSpace, do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children or distribute such information to third parties.

Why and for how long do we store the information that we collect from you?

We retain certain information collected from you while you are a member on the Site, and in certain cases where you have deleted your account, for the following reasons:
  1. So that you can use our Sites;
  2. To ensure that we do not communicate with you if you have asked us not to;
  3. To provide you with a refund, if entitled;
  4. To better understand the traffic to our Sites so that we can provide all members with the best possible experience;
  5. To detect and prevent abuse of our Sites, illegal activities and breaches of our Terms of Service; and
  6. To comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements.
We retain user data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. This means that we retain different categories of data for different periods of time depending on the type of data, the category of user to whom the data relates to, and the purposes for which we collected the data.

Deletion of Data and Models

If you would like to request that your personal information be removed from our database, please contact us at dpo@neuralspace.ai. Upon receipt of such a request, our team shall initiate the process by acknowledging the request via email and initiating the deletion/ removal of your information from our database, which may take up to thirty days.
With respect to the deletion of Models, please note that we initially perform a soft delete, i.e. while the Models cannot be used anymore, they can be recovered on a special request made by the user. A Model remains in our database for up to three months, during which it may be recovered, however, the same is subject to NeuralSpace policies and cannot be guaranteed. NeuralSpace shall have the sole and absolute right to permanently remove/ delete all soft deleted Models without any notice. Further, it may also be noted that all other Data is deleted from the NeuralSpace Platform permanently without any scope for recovery other than Models.

Your Security

You are using the NeuralSpace Platform at your own risk. We use all reasonable endeavors to protect the information that you provide to us under this Privacy Policy and to ensure that we implement all commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect your information from both, online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please note that no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free. Email sent to or from us, in particular, may not be secure. As a result, you should exercise extreme caution when deciding what information to send us via the Service or e-mail. Please bear this in mind when communicating with NeuralSpace via the Internet and disclosing any Personal Data. Additionally, we are not liable for any breach of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Service or third-party websites.

Changes to this Policy

Our terms of service, service, and business may change from time to time, and as a result, we may change this privacy policy at any time. Upon a change being made to this policy, we will post an updated version on this page unless a different type of notice is required under applicable law. By continuing to use our Service or providing us with Personal Data after we have posted an updated Privacy Policy or otherwise notified you, you consent to the revised Privacy Policy and practices described in it.
