What Personal Information About Customers Does
The information we learn from our users helps us personalize and continually improve your experience of using the NeuralSpace Platform. We use your information to provide you details of the Services we provide at Company. We also use this information to improve our platform, prevent or detect fraud or abuses of NeuralSpace Platform and enable third parties to carry out technical, logistical, or other functions on our behalf. All such data is stored on Azure and includes:
Projects created on the NeuralSpace Platform
Training and testing examples
Any additional data required to train a model on the NeuralSpace Platform
Any data that passes through the Trained Models
We receive and store any information you enter on the NeuralSpace Platform or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, however, that may affect our capability to provide you with the Services/information about the Company. We use the information that you provide for purposes such as providing the aforesaid services, improving our platform, and communicating with you. The information shared by you will be strictly confidential and will only be used by the Company for the purpose of providing services.
When you request assistance
When you request assistance we may ask you for your name, email address, and other contact information.
We use this information to respond to your query, including providing you with any requested information about our products and services. We may also contact you several times after your inquiry in order to follow up on your interest and ensure that we have answered it to your satisfaction. We will do this based on our legitimate interest in providing accurate information prior to a sale.
When you create an account with us and purchase any of our services
When you sign up for an account with the NeuralSpace Platform you will provide us with your name, email, address, and optionally your contact telephone number. We will send you an email to verify said information.
When you purchase any of our online services, we may ask you for your name, address, contact telephone number, email address and credit card information.
We will use your information to verify your credit card details for your purchase and process your order and services. We will also send you a receipt via email and we may use your telephone number to contact you regarding your purchase.
Your information is stored on our database. Your credit card details are passed to a third-party payment processor which is based in the United States of America, which requires effective safeguards for your information. We do not retain your credit card information. Our third party is prohibited from using your personal information for any other purpose.
We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.
How do we use your personal data?
Your personal data may be used for the following purposes:
To respond to you against your inquiries, comments, feedback, or questions.
To understand, diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix issues with our service.
To forward administrative information to you, for example, information regarding the service, feedback requests, and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
To analyze your interaction with our service.
To maintain and improve the content and functionality of the Service.
For research and development of new products and services.
To ensure that fraud, criminal activity, or misuse of services can be prevented.
To ensure the security of our IT systems, architecture, and networks; and
To comply with legal obligations and legal process, and to safeguard our rights, privacy, safety, and property, as well as the rights, privacy, safety, and property of our affiliates, you, and other third parties.
Deletion of Data and Models
If you would like to request that your personal information be removed from our database, please contact us at email@example.com. Upon receipt of such a request, our team shall initiate the process by acknowledging the request via email and initiate the deletion/ removal of your information from our database, which may take up to thirty days.
With respect to deletion of Models, please note that we initially perform a soft delete i.e. while the Models cannot be used anymore, it can be recovered on a special request being made by the user. A Model remains in our database for up to three months during which it may be recovered, however the same is subject to NeuralSpace policies and cannot be guaranteed. NeuralSpace shall have the sole and absolute right to permanently remove/ delete all soft deleted Models without any notice. Further, it may also be noted that all other Data is deleted from the NeuralSpace Platform permanently without any scope for recovery other than Models.
